if you attract from  the exhibition,  After getting together with friends,  maybe you would like to have a individual space for yourself.

This Retreat area , a clean , quite ，close place. which we designed with 2 rules.

1. visible&invisible

2. protection

Fabric is a very soft and warm material. it is controlled by the rope in different angles.

it maked different size sitting areas. multiple entrance.

Several layers of fabrics create various density visual protection. for 1 layer, we can see who is here. for 2 layers, we can't recognize him or her face.

it provide various experience of private spaces to relax.

Block is a strong ,rough material. how to make it same feeling as the fabric. we use 3 kinds of patterns ,make its surface look like a knitted fabric . from tight to loosen, the lightness is various from different size gaps on the wall. people inside can see different shadows from sunrise to sunset.

The top opening let person inside relax to see the sky . and the orientation of gate to the tree,  let them be quite with the nature.

As a chinese saying, the living space is oneness of heaven and the earth.
