CTUM does not listen to CTUM. At CTUM, there are diffirent people. Some CTUM have less experience. 

factory try to explain Law of WCC. If wokers did not understand what CTUM mentioned. some of their advice is postive and some is negative. other country labor union is helpful for production. At myanmar, CTUM attitude is not mature and they just help esclate the issues.

At mym, we negociate the overtime. Thailand did well for this comm with workers. worker reps will explain to workers that their daily work has quality issues so it needs OT. Worker leader experienced to explain Win-Win situation. This worker leader is similiar function as CTUM. I do not say CTUM is bad. Our experience is management can convince WCC. Bring WCC leader


Laurance: what we can do more. WCC is still not open to talk that Tiger shared. We told all WCC that they can tell no matter it is good or bad info. Everything that workers can talk.



Worker training

Dennis mentioned they already complianed that CTUM cannot share their contact. It happened at first worker training. I joined the second training. It is benifit for factory that CTUM shared the loyal and I am happy to the training. CTUM mentioned factory difficulty. The dissatisfaction comes from workers that they have to work additional time

Difficult to say how to improve.


SA HR:  I joined two worker trainings. I agree with Dennis especially they cannot open their contact. Phone number will bring the new issues. Workers may call CTUM for issues.

Maybe workers had high expectation to training to get benefit. So they ranked the negative rating.

Training content and mat are ok. This moment is ok.


BH: 方向是好的,做的与讲的不一样,大家都想做好,但没做好。 培训老师还不错,但实际做事的不一样。


FH: we agree to move forward. But after signing the agreement, we want to test workers opion. So training will not plan at off time. 35% are unhappy to join the training at the holiday. more like a speech no interactive. We do not need someone just read the law. We believe CTUM has no capability to train at high level. Up to workers joined the training or not. We like the mgr training and leaders to know law first rather than Workers.


SA HR: CTUM brings the big confusion from their explaination word by word. They should have production knowledge. Explain word by word did not work at Mym. HR explained the law to new hires.
