No IDEA annotations attached to the JDK 1.8

Android studio又抽风了。解决办法：

1. 关闭Android studio
2. 删除C:\Users\\下的build-cache
3. 进入C:\Users\\<.AndroidStudio3.2>\system下，删除下面的文件夹：
   • caches
   • compiler
   • compile-server
   • conversion
   • external_build_system
   • frameworks
   • gradle
   • resource_folder_cache
4. 重启Android studio。

要是出问题了也没事儿，直接把第三步的system文件夹删了都行。
