昨天和YJ小伙伴一起逛街聊天。

她讲到了自己从现场部门到现在的办公室负责档案管理。因为原此职位的人退休了,正好有个机会。

没想到刚上任,就接了一个烂摊子要收拾。

因为现在档案管理要数字化,需要对原始纸质版的进行扫描,然后其他一些需要网上记录。但由于其他部门一直拖着不干,原位置的老人也是因为要退休了一直拖着不干。倚老卖老。

本以为到了一个轻松的岗位,谁知道,刚开始一点也不轻松。

其他部门不干活,反倒项目验收的时候有一项是档案整理完毕的签字,非得逼着她先给签字。由于主任给她说过,不整理完不可以签字。他硬生生的被一个部门给逼哭了,那些人才罢休了。

刚开始,硬软兼施,把她叫去开会,一个部门的人就开始说各种困难,没法完成。最后都指向想让她一个人来搞定。刚开始还说没这个没那个的,说到后来就变成,你要帮我们弄,设备都给你送过去。最后还是没达到目的,就变成人身攻击了,说她没本事,没能力,这个活都干不好啥之类的。小伙伴说她最后眼泪刷啦啦就往下流,止不住的那种。人家那么多人七嘴八舌,她也不懂就跑去参加人家会议,没想到被摆了一出。这一哭,这些人才勉勉强强罢休了。下午乖乖的去听她组织的培训会。

她主任来后听了也气的。活都不自己干,拖着拖着,等着项目验收需要他们签字的时候了就开始软磨硬泡要给签字。不给签,才终于能推动他们干活了。之前说了n遍,都没有管没人理睬。也算是逐渐走上了正轨。

倚老卖老,认为不关系到自己利益的时候没有人愿意做分配给的活,能推则推,或许这就是国企里所存在的一些恶习吧。

平时那么好说话的YJ,也被弄得焦头烂额。也因为好说话老被人欺负。终于现在有了自己的立场,算是完成了数字化的第一步,至少各个部门开始乖乖干活了。所以你看,老人们就觉得活接就应该年轻人干,不看要求也不按照要求,不到利益关己也总是高高挂起,腿腿拖拖。办事效率慢可见一斑。如何生存且不受气就需要智慧和历练了。

萨古鲁:重返职场:可以把工作当成一项灵性练习吗?

Questioner: Hi.

提问者:你好。

Sadhguru: That’s okay.

Sadhguru(萨古鲁):没关系。

Questioner: If I am a performing artist.

提问者:如果我是一名演艺人员。

Sadhguru: I’m sorry?

Sadhguru(萨古鲁):你说什么?

Questioner: If I am a performing artist.

提问者:如果我是一名演艺人员。

Sadhguru: Performing artist.

Sadhguru(萨古鲁):演艺人员。

Questioner: Yeah and… does your training and your practice and your craft count as sadhana and if yes, is that enough?

提问者:是的……你的培训、你的练习以及你的技能算是灵性练习吗,如果是,这就够了吗?

Sadhguru: Does… what count as sadhana?

Sadhguru(萨古鲁):什么……算是灵性练习?

Questioner: My training, my practice and my craft and every single show that I do or every single rehearsal or everything that goes into it.

提问者:我的培训、我的练习和我的技能以及我的每次表演或每次排练或其中包含的所有事。

Sadhguru: Oh, what kind of performing artist?

Sadhguru(萨古鲁):噢,哪种演艺人员?

Questioner: I’m an actor.

提问者:我是一名演员。

Sadhguru: Okay. So as you said it's an act. See anything that you do with great involvement does something to you, all right. But there is a difference between doing an inward focused sadhana and an outward sadhana. It's not just for an actor; a manager can use his work as sadhana, a gardener can use his work as sadhana, anybody who is doing whatever with absolute involvement, they can use it as a process of growth.

Sadhguru(萨古鲁):好的。如你所说它是一种表演。任何你很投入地去做的事,都会对你产生影响,好吧。但做一个向内关注的灵性练习和向外的灵性练习是有区别的。这不仅是对于一个演员;一个管理者可以把他的工作当成灵性练习,一个园丁可以把他的工作当成灵性练习,任何人,无论全然投入地做什么,他们都可以使之成为成长的过程。

But there is a distinct difference between doing external activity as sadhana and internal process as sadhana. What is the difference? External activity as sadhana is useful because you can do it throughout the day and of course, you have to do some activity making that also into a process of growth is important. But the reason for internal sadhana, which has nothing to do with outside, is to create that inner space within you, because your outside sadhana is subject to results. You can't help it. Suppose in the middle of your act, you forgot your dialogue – you can't say ‘This is my sadhana, I forgot and it's fine, I’ll still enjoy and grow.’ No, you will be demolished on that day, isn't it? So your outside sadhana is subject to a certain level of performance and result and appreciation and the monetary returns and everything but still it can be useful, it can be working for your well-being if you’re doing it with absolute involvement.

但把外部活动和把内在过程当作灵性练习之间有显著的区别。区别是什么?把外部活动当作灵性练习是很有用的,因为你可以一整天做事,当然,你必须做点什么来把它也作为成长的过程,这很重要。但之所以做内在的灵性练习,它与外在没关系,是为了在你之内创造一个内在空间,因为你外在的灵性练习会受其结果影响。这你改变不了。假设你在表演时,你忘记了台词——你不能说“这是我的灵性练习,我忘了词没关系,我会依然享受和成长。”不,你的那一天都毁了,不是吗?所以你外在的灵性练习受到一定程度的表现、结果、评价以及金钱回报所有这些的影响,但它仍然可以有用,它仍能为你的幸福效劳,如果你全然投入地做。

If there is involvement in anything – just your breathing if you are absolutely involved – this will become your sadhana. Your walking, your acting, your anything, involvement makes every act into a kind of growth, but still creating an inner space is very important because that’s not subject to anything outside. Nobody need to clap their hands when you are meditating. Yes?You do your kriya, you are not expecting somebody to appreciate you at the end of it – it is not subject to any external reality and that’s very important that at least one aspect of your life is like this, it is not subject to anybody’s appreciation or approval or whatever but still you do it with absolute involvement, there’ are other dimensions to it. Apart from that, for you as a person to do something, which has nothing to do with anybody around you, is an important act that you have to perform every day, it's very important. So if you do that well it’ll be very easy to make your life’s activity into a sadhana.

如果投入地做任何事——如果你全然投入,只是你的呼吸——也会变成你的灵性练习。你的行走、你的行为,你的任何事,投入让每个行动成为一种成长,但创造内在的空间仍然非常重要,因为它不受任何外在事物影响。当你冥想时不需要任何人鼓掌。是吗?你做Kriya(克里亚),你并不期待结束时有人赞赏你——它不受任何外在现实的影响,而这非常重要,就是你的生活中至少有一个面向是这样的,它不被任何人的赞赏或赞成等等所影响,但你仍然全然投入地去做,它有其它的维度。但此外,你作为一个人做某件事,它与你周围的任何人无关,而是你每天必须进行的一项重要活动,这非常重要。所以如果你练习做得好,将你生活中的活动变成灵性练习就会非常容易。

If this inner space is not there, life’s activity can slowly catch you up in such a way that for lot of people the professions and whatever else they started with great passion, after some time, it's killing them. It is... for most people on the planet, isn't it? Simply because there is no inner space. So all these in you know I am not an expert in these things but I remember this because of something that came my way once. All this in one single sentence was uttered by Krishna. He said, ‘Yogastaha Kuru Karmani’, it simply means first establish yourself within you, then act. Then no action is a problem – you can fight a war, you can act, you can be a priest in the temple, you can cook, you can sweep, it doesn’t matter what you do, but first establish yourself and do whatever you want.

如果没有这个内在空间,生活中的活动能慢慢把你逼到——对于很多人来说职业或是他们原本怀着巨大热情开始做的任何事,一段时间后,就成了折磨。是的……对于地球上大部分人都是,不是吗?只是因为没有内在的空间。所以所有这些,我在这些事情上不是专家,但是我记得这个,是因为我曾经历过某件事。简而言之,用Krishna(克里希那)说过的一句话,就是他说:“Yogastaha Kuru Karmani”,它的意思就是先在你内在建设好你自己,再行动。之后如何行动都不是问题——你可以打一场仗,你可以表演,你可以在做庙里的祭司,你可以做饭,你可以打扫,你做什么事不重要,但先建设好你自己,再做任何你想做的事。

He is not restricting your action. He is saying ‘Do whatever you want, whatever is needed you do, but first establish yourself within yourself,’ otherwise you’re using external activity to make yourself who you are, which will be disastrous. Establish who you are; then act, no problem, but if you are using your activity to make yourself into something, if something comes in your way which doesn’t allow you to become that, you will be destroyed. So don’t try to be a yogi by teaching yoga. You become a yogi and then if people are interested, we will teach; otherwise we will close our eyes and sit.

他没有限制你的行为。他说的是“做任何你想做的事,做任何需要做的事,但先在你内在建设好你自己。”否则你就是在用外在的活动去搭建你自己,这将是灾难性的。建设好你自己;然后行动,没有问题,但如果你在用你的活动把自己变成某个东西,如果有什么挡住了你,不许你变成它,你就被毁了。所以不要试图通过教授瑜伽成为瑜伽士。你成为一个瑜伽士,然后如果人们感兴趣,我们就教;否则我们就闭上眼睛,坐着。

接地气:

高傲是一种不屑,只觉得自己尊贵的错误的自欺欺人。最终害的还是自己。

觉得特别有趣的就是,经常路上会看到,年纪轻轻的小伙子,开着拉风的电动车,穿着片片扇扇的衣服,放着似乎全世界都要听到的歌曲,然后别扭的抽着烟,三五成群的霸占一条路开过去。自己觉得牛气的不得了,却是一种外人看来毫无力量的显摆。以为自己很牛拥有了多么好的设备来吸引注意力,其实却傻气的可怜。

长大了,我们都不再看得惯这样的人,觉得也太傻了。可却忽略了,另一种形式的展现。比如有一种人,和你聊天,永远说着专业词汇,不屑于说简单的辞藻。认为说的专业词汇才能彰显自己的不同。不屑于聊家长里短,聊到的都是摄影、话剧、歌剧、音乐会,似乎只有他一个人懂,不懂的人都是没有涵养的人,俗不可耐的人。别人也觉得累,他却觉得只有自己才是对的,别人都太没品味了。这其实就是成年人里的另一种傻气,高傲的识别不出自己,却拿大城市里面仅有的一些享受和能接触到的东西,认为是高大上,却不知自己的无知和另一种低俗。

不是说摄影不好,也不是说听话剧、歌剧、音乐会有什么不好。而是,我们该谈论的,不是一个名词,话剧歌剧音乐会。而是其所传达出来的生活以及启迪。人们都喜欢听故事,一个故事所传达的乐趣远胜过 我看了一个话剧来的生动形象。非得讲一些晦涩难懂 话,无非是没有深入进去,表达深入浅出的含义罢了。

城市里的剧场里的内容,乡村却处处可见,活灵活现。生活页本就是一个舞台,也远比电视剧电影更加精彩。忽略了生活本身的高尚,不过是一种高傲的孤芳自赏,无非融入生活的表现。

接地气,是一种入乡随俗的智慧。也是去体验不同人不同思想的一种最快捷的方式。接地气,才更加的热爱生活本身。因为你懂得这片地所需要的和你可以汲取到的。
