docker 开始

docker run -it --name "ubuntu_nong" -v /home/nbt2/docker/docker_dat:/docker_dat -v /public:/public -v /dsk2:/dsk2 -v /dat1:/dat1  --privileged nong/ubuntu_conda_root:1214

docker 继续

docker start fff797812702
docker attach fff797812702

docker commit images

docker commit -m 'lncRNA' -a 'Docker lncRNA' fff797812702 nong/ubuntu_conda_lncrna_tmp:1214

build new images

cd /dat1/nbt2/docker/ubuntu-root
docker build -t nong/ubuntu_pipeone:latest .

导出镜像

docker save 080cc7769d68 > ubuntu_pipeone.docker
7z a ubuntu_pipeone.docker.7z ubuntu_pipeone.docker

上传镜像

docker push nongbaoting/pipeone:latest
