吹毛求疵是因为没安全感

一大早起来，看Susan Page "if  I am so wonderful , why am I still single "

She mentioned that some people being too criticized to others for they think they have a high standard but it's not the real reason.

The real reason is they are afraid to being closest with others. When someone become too close to make them feel uncomfortable and may lose their privacy space. They will become criticism to others.

This really changed my opinion. For a longtime I thought I keep a distance with other people is because I have a high standard.

But the fact is I  feel less of  security so I being too criticized to keep a distance with others.
