一件很有趣的事:今天老弟突然来找我借胶带,说要跟我一样,把想做的事情写下来,用胶带粘在墙上,一抬眼就能看到,也许某天真的就去做了。(准备偷偷观察看这件事的后续发展)

在使用imemediate reward 的方法培养自己习惯养成的过程中,走了一点小错路。
原本在每次完成必须做的工作之后,奖励自己一点零食,或者做点好吃的,但最近一周发现自己胖了,想想明明保持一个好的shape也是我目标之一啊
恰好最近读到书里说到,imemediate reward 不应该与自己想要建立的identity矛盾。(即使是独立的两个层面的习惯培养,大概也不应该矛盾)
所以决定改变一下奖励方式为:list the "most want to do" tiny things,and reward myself with once completing one tiny thing。
