一、项目简介
本文介绍的是一个基于SSM的人才招聘网站，旨在提供一个便捷、高效的招聘平台，为企业和个人提供全面的人才服务。该网站主要分为管理员、企业和用户三类角色，每个角色都有专属的功能模块，分别涵盖了主要的招聘管理流程。
管理员角色主要负责网站的整体管理，包括修改密码、个人信息修改、用户管理、企业管理、招聘信息管理、投递信息管理、面试信息管理、招聘结果管理和系统管理等功能。管理员能够全面监督网站的运营状况，保证网站的正常运转和信息安全。
企业角色主要负责招聘信息管理、投递信息管理、面试信息管理和招聘结果管理等功能，让企业可以方便地发布招聘信息，并实时了解招聘进展情况。企业能够依据岗位要求来筛选有潜力的求职者，并及时安排面试，加速招聘流程。
用户角色主要负责投递信息管理、面试信息管理、招聘结果管理和我的收藏等功能。用户能够便捷地搜索到心仪的职位，并实时了解求职进展，确保自身信息的及时更新。同时，本网站提供收藏功能，用户可以轻松地收藏自己感兴趣的职位，方便推荐和后续查看。
使用SSM作为后端框架，本网站具有良好的开发和扩展性。使用Spring作为IoC容器和AOP框架，使得开发者可以更加方便和快速地实现系统的各种功能。使用MyBatis作为ORM框架，能够方便地实现对数据库的操作，使得网站的数据具有可靠性和一致性。除此之外，采用Bootstrap框架实现页面交互和响应式布局，也使得网站在不同设备下都有较好的用户体验。
未来，我们会继续完善本网站的功能，同时也会加强对网站的优化和维护，为企业和用户提供更加优质的服务。

基于SSM的人才招聘网站主要包括三大功能模块，即用户、企业、管理员。
（1）管理员模块：修改密码、个人信息修改、用户管理、企业管理、招聘信息管理、投递信息管理、面试信息管理、招聘结果管理、系统管理等功能；
（2）企业：招聘信息管理、投递信息管理、面试信息管理、招聘结果管理等功能；
（3）用户：投递信息管理、面试信息管理、招聘结果管理、我的收藏等功能；

进入基于SSM的人才招聘网站可以看到有首页、招聘信息、公告信息、个人中心、后台管理。
在招聘信息中可以看到企业发布的职位信息，合适的话可以选择投递。
招聘信息页面显示。
3.2后台管理
管理员进入系统有修改密码、个人信息修改、用户管理、企业管理、招聘信息管理、投递信息管理、面试信息管理、招聘结果管理、系统管理等功能；
管理员、企业、用户登录页面。
企业登录后有招聘信息管理、投递信息管理、面试信息管理、招聘结果管理等功能；
