原因

anaconda的环境下存在多个libiomp5md.dll文件。

解决

1、删除部分libiomp5md.dll文件

但是有可能误删，最好进行备份再删除，备份好文件并备份路径

2、设置允许副本存在

在代码中添加如下代码，可能需要添加在多个文件中，同时注意不要在这两个语句之间插入其他语句
