要让页面在firefox和 IE中都能透明，只要在 CSS样式里面同时使用：

1 FILTER: alpha(opacity=90); 
2 -moz-opacity: 0.9;

 注意: -moz-opacity: 0.9; 前面的 - 不能缺少。
