Can everybody be a leader?

Do you want to be a leader? Maybe lots of people will say ‘ Of course!’. Why? Because I can earn much more money and let the others do just as what I said. It’s wonderful for me. I will immerse myself into it. And I’d like to command the employees to do something I don’t want to do.

But is it true? No. As a leader, you must be aware of every step in your department. And the most important point is that you must have a clear aim. And try to persuade your colleges to believe it and work for it. That’s not enough. You must pay for their hard work

Right now, let’s be a leader. What will you do at first? Rise their salary? Have a close connection? Or just cheat with some bullshit words?

Exactly no. you must have a clear aim before doing everything, and then tell them your thoughts. Make steps to get closer and closer to your aim. Take actions immediately. Correct the small mistakes during the procedure.

If anyone make a mistake which is not deadly to your company, try to fix it at the beginning. And then find how did it happen?

You must have a full arrangement before taking actions. that depends on your experience and professional knowledge. If you do not do like this, everyone will regard you as a useless leader and distrust you.

Actually I don’t know how to be a leader. These are my experiences during my work. As a fresh leader, I have made a lot of mistakes. Sometimes I suspect whether I am good at it. I want to give up this position. But as a man, I want to try. I was a just English teacher in the first place. I am really good at teaching. After 5years, I am a little bored. I want to change. So right now, besides an English teacher, I am a leader of the department. I am responsible for them.
