数字网络技术在早期的20世纪80年代到90年代开始发展，逐渐成为21世纪的主流。互联网时代刚新启之时，大众还不太了解和接受这种新型技术，通过智能手机的到来，大众逐渐开始接受到互联网的好处，手机到电脑，各种形形色色的智能软件到电脑网页等等，涉及到各行各业当中。扩大产业的推广面，也增加了更多丰富的行业，减少纸质化污染，提升管理能力，让各行各业得到更全面的发展和维护。
互联网的出现，改变了很多传统的管理模式，让管理变得更加方便和准确。从上世纪90年代来时我国针对互联网开发的大力支持加快了互联网在我国的发展，现如今家家户户的学习空间和经济条件大幅转好，很多家庭一般都或多或少有一台或多台计算机，在有计算机和互联网的加持下，人们通过线上的方式检索到很多新的知识，以及不断的学习，这样我们的学习方向变得多元化，而且在一台小小的电脑上就可以了解到全国各地乃至全球各地的知识和认知，这让我们不由的感叹，网络带给人们多少不同的“窗户”，透过窗户我们了解到这个世界上还是这么多美好，美妙的人和事物。

编辑今很多医院也已经开始普及网络程序，在局域内外的情况下，既安全又方便，通过门诊系统，我们可以快速的统计病患信息、挂号信息、医生信息、药房信息等等，主要是用于方便在病人就诊的过程中记录保存病人的信息，可以对病人信息进行统一管理，也可以针对门诊部门相关的信息可以集中管理。
根据查阅的资料和结合实际需求加上参考大量的项目来进行分析和设计，采用B/S框架结合JSP技术来开发。为了保证数据持久化需要使用数据库保存数据，使用MySQL数据库来保存。

环境需要
1.运行环境：最好是java jdk 1.8，我们在这个平台上运行的。其他版本理论上也可以。
2.IDE环境：IDEA，Eclipse,Myeclipse都可以。推荐IDEA;
3.tomcat环境：Tomcat 7.x,8.x,9.x版本均可
4.硬件环境：windows 7/8/10 1G内存以上；或者 Mac OS；
5.数据库：MySql 5.7版本；
6.是否Maven项目：否；
技术栈
- 后端：Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis
- 前端：JSP+CSS+JavaScript+jQuery
使用说明
- 使用Navicat或者其它工具，在mysql中创建对应名称的数据库，并导入项目的sql文件；
- 使用IDEA/Eclipse/MyEclipse导入项目，Eclipse/MyEclipse导入时，若为maven项目请选择maven;
若为maven项目，导入成功后请执行maven clean;maven install命令，然后运行； - 将项目中springmvc-servlet.xml配置文件中的数据库配置改为自己的配置;
- 运行项目，在浏览器中输入http://localhost:8080/ 登录
