Well, I would like to talk about the best activity I know to stay healthy, which is getting up early in the morning. It is very simple, first, decide when is the hour you wanna get up in the future. For example, I used to get up at around noon. And I decided to get up at 7 o'clock. Then, the next step would be to try to cancel late night activities as many as possible. As for me, I usually stay in bed playing with my cellphone, chatting online, or browsing all kinds of news. So if I am to get up at 7, I need to go to bed without my phone. After that, we can set up an alarm clock to wake us up at the time. Finally, do this for over a week, and it becomes a habit.
I think there are two reasons why getting up early can keep us healthy, first, it helps us plan and regulate our time, which is very important no matter what activity we do. it is so simple and easy to achieve. There are of course many different ways to stay healthy, but they all require a detailed plan or instructions. So we can see getting up early as a healthy tip appearing in almost any other method. Second, our body will feel more energetic if we get up early in the morning regularly. After all, the key of a day is in the morning.

What do old people in your country do to stay healthy?
Well, almost all old people in China lead a regular timetable, that is getting up at 6:00, and go to bed at 10:00. I mean a regular life is the key to stay healthy. Some of them go to parks to practice their swordsmanship. And there is recent popular activity that most senior people love, the square dancing. Usually after dinner, they gather together on a square or a big empty ground near their residence, and dance with all kinds of music. It is considered both an aerobic sport and a social gathering.
How do you deal with pressure?
Well, I become very anxious after I begin to prepare for IELTS. So I usually talk to my husband about my stress and the difficulty I face, English, the life in another country and so on. My husband would listen to me and support me. He would choose to analyse the situation from a more objective angle and encourage me to decide independently. It cannot solve the real problem immediately, but I stop being anxious and the pressure goes away. I am grateful for that.
Why do some people hate to play sports?
Well, I am one of these people. And I can tell you the reasons. Of course, playing sports is very rewarding, people can be more energetic and optimistic when and after playing sports. But not me, I feel sports are very exhausting, and dangerous. I have to do careful preparation before so that my body can be warmed up to play sports. And with one wrong decision, I could hurt myself. You see the scar on my forehead, this is just from playing badminton. So I'd rather stay at home playing video games.
Do you think young people should play dangerous sports?
No, I don't think so. these dangerous sports like bungee jumping or Parkour require some very professional guidance and skills. Just as I said, with one mistake, they could end up dead. So I don't think young people should play those extreme sports.
What else can people do to stay healthy besides sports?
A lot of things, getting up early is one of the best, like I mentioned before. and there are traditional ways you can do to stay healthy. For example, eat more healthily. avoid greasy foods and fried stuff. And old people would say don't eat too much. These are healthy eating habits that we should apply.
What can parents do to make their children like sports?
As I mentioned before, sport is not the only way to stay healthy and there are people like me don't like sports at all. So I can't understand the need to make children like sports. But if you would ask me how can I start to love sports, I can honestly say that if doing sports is not physically exhausting I might started to do that.
