1打造一个有吸引力的产品并通过不可或缺性测验时获得迅速,可持续增长的前提条件,但是只靠一个不可或缺的产品还是不够。即便是真正出色的产品,即便它深受一群早期核心用户的喜爱,如果没有全力驱动增长的努力,也难免会失败。如何确定增长战略和找到增长杠杆-test,而测验的目的并非是快速,而是找到增长因素,建立fundamental growth equation,因为指标是因时而变,明确一个核心指标(the north star metric)避免短期的胜利而迷失,就像那句话,埋头苦干确是好,但时不时看看路也很重要。数据的采集分析是一项很专业的工作,并非每个人都能看懂,通过总揽图的方式呈现给团队,使公司的人能将the north star metric 和其他重要指标作为关注点。

General :A attractive product which passed the irreplaceable test is the precondition for rapid and sustainable  growth ,but that is no enough .a good product which was wildly loved by customers ,if it lacks of effort of driven growth , failure is inevitable.How to determine growth strategies and levers -fast and effective test.fast is not our goal but factor of growth .establishing a fundamental growth equation which is not fixed ,the north star metric could avoid short -term victory lost .As we all known  ,hard work is good ,but direction is more important .General chart  could illustrate attempt easily to our group members to make they focus on the north star metric and other important indexes coz Data collection and analysis is a professional work. Not everyone can understand it.
