zipkin 使用外部 MySQL 持久化存储

• 本次使用docker方式的zipkin

镜像名称 openzipkin/zipkin

• 外部数据库事先创建 zipkin 数据库

执行SQL初始化数据库，SQL如下

• docker启动zipkin指定环境变量

• 由于zipkin比较吃内存，如果硬件跟不上的，可以顺便设置下jvm启动参数
