Permanent: adj. (permanent) 永久的;长期不变的;(问题或苦难)不断发生的;终身的;(住所或地址)固定的

Permanent: to be fixed or unchanging; the opposite of temporary.

He plans to stay there permanently.

He has decided to become a permanent resident of China.
