如果说企业是圆的，那构成这个圆的一半是文化，一半是经济。文化是精神文明，而经济则是物质文明。
在我们集团，人们之所以能获得精神和物质两个方面的收获，关键在于我们一手抓文化，一手抓经济。换言之，我们一手抓精神文明，一手抓物质文明。六年来，我们赢得了成千上万人的拥护和爱戴。
精神文明是整个东方文化的精髓所在，它解决人的意识、伦理、 道德、幸福指数以及价值取向等问题。
儒学作为中国本土文化之一，始终强调修身尚德，不鼓励暴力征服。道家更是提倡修养身心，把人和自然看成是有机结合的整体，从而达到人与自然的和谐相处。同样源于远古文明的中医学从根本上就不提倡对抗性的敌对关系，而讲究相互间的协调与平衡（这一点也是企业管理的关键所在）。基于这样的文明，中华民族从不对外侵略扩张。我们从不把中华优秀的文化转化为向外掠夺的手段。同样，当我们集团在发展进程中遭到了一些人的诽谤和诋毁，但我们也从不以同样的行为去对待诽谤和诋毁我们的人。
说到物质文明，顾名思义，它应该是占有的物质财富在生活和工作中所呈现的各种便利和享受，如舒适美观的办公环境、豪车、 豪宅、奢侈品等等。
从某种意义上讲，物质文明也是人类社会发展进步以及人类幸福指数的体现。但我在此所讲的物质文明一定是建立在精神文明之上的，它一定不能脱离“君子爱财，取之有道”，一定不能脱离“自 强不息，厚德载物”。
因此，建立一个精神文明和物质文明的共同体，才是企业健康成长和稳步发展的根本所在。
If you say that the company is a round circle, then half of the circle is culture, and the other half is economy. Culture is spiritual civilization, while economy is material civilization.
In Ding Yifeng, the key to people's gaining both spiritual and material wealth is that we have one hand to grasp culture and the other to focus on economy. In other words, we have one hand for spiritual existence and one for material existence. In the past six years we have won the support and love of thousands of people.
Spiritual existence is the quintessence of the entire oriental culture. It addresses issues such as people's consciousness, ethics, morality, happiness, and value orientation.
As one of the Chinese traditional cultures, Confucianism always emphasizes self-cultivation and does not encourage violent conquest. Taoism advocates self-cultivation and regards man and nature as an organically integrated whole so as to achieve harmony between man and nature. Chinese traditional medicine, which also originated from ancient civilizations, does not fundamentally advocate adversarial hostile relations, but emphasizes the coordination and balance between each other (this is also the key to corporate management). Based on this kind of civilization, the Chinese nation never invades and expands externally.
We never convert Chinese fine culture into a means of plundering others. In the same way, Ding Yifeng has led to some vilification and denigration. But we never treat our slanders and detractors in the same way.
When it comes to material existence, as its name implies, it's the convenience and enjoyment that material possessions bring to us, such as comfortable and beautiful office environment, luxury cars, luxury houses, luxury goods, and so on.
In a sense, material civilization is also a manifestation of human social development and progress and the human happiness. However, the material existence I am talking about here must be based on spiritual existence. It must not be separated from the “Gentlemen love fortune, in a proper way”，and it must not be separated from “Self-improvement and virtue carry things.”
For this reason, the establishment of a community of spiritual civilization and material civilization is fundamental to the healthy growth and steady development of the company.
