 9.If it’s worth feeling bad about, it’s worthy of amnesia.  (如果一件事情值得让你难过的,那么它就值得被你忘记。)  

 10.If you say to yourself "It*s difficult to get up in the morning", "It*shard to cease smoking", then you are already using hypnotic suggestions on yourself...  (如果你跟自己说“早上起床很难”“戒烟很难”,那么你已经在对自己使用催眠指令了。)

  

11.You know what ? Certain people think they will fell good if certain thingshappen... The trick is : you have to feel good for no reason...  (你知道吗?有些人认为,如果发生了某些事情,他们就感到快乐。而窍门是:你必须无缘无故地感到快乐!)有一件事是肯定的,如果你感觉不好,你做出不好的决定;当你感觉好的时候,你做出好的决定。
