In this dog-eat-dog world, keeping an existing client is as important as finding one, if not more. If you couldn't keep your existing customers then you may be facing a dangerous situation because your new customers might start to wonder why you don't have long-time customers and that might lead them to question the authenticity of your business.

Running a business is not easy, there are loads of things you need to consider.  Of course, not having a new client is like digging your own grave but you also need to take extra care of your long-time customers. Who knows, they might be the key for you to find more customers.

Yesterday, I saw a live broadcast which they called "procurement service". There's this business owner that entered a shop, went live and showed her customers the products, it's details and prices or which of them are popular these days. The customers were just waiting and watching then if they are interested in something, they will tell her and send her money. The business owner would buy that and send them a screenshot of the receipt and such and let them know the delivery time. I have to admit that I was shocked that many people just focus on buying and don't really care about the price to the extent that they are willing to pay much higher fee for a product that they can buy for less in their own country. Under this way, her customers have quickly risen from 10-100.

So have you thought where the customers came from?

How do they even knew about this group that sells products from Japan. As you can guess, the present customer, the ten people shared the link and that led to another and to another until eventually, they were able to reach 100. More products to sell mean more customers and mostly, more existing customers mean more new ones. That's the reason why we should take care of the existing customers-to keep the business going.
