2 IEEE投稿流程

按照以下7个步骤进行投稿

2.1 Step 1: Type, Title, & Abstract

填写：文章类型、标题、摘要（不超过250字）

2.2 Step 2: File Upload

上传文章正文，只能上传.pdf文件（由Latex排版后生成.pdf文件）

2.3 Step 3: Attributes

填写关键词（不超过6个）

2.4 Step 4: Authors & Institutions

添加作者及其机构信息

2.5 Step 5: Reviewers & Editors

反对的审稿人，一般不填（除非有行业竞争）

2.6 Step 6: Details & Comments

上传投稿信，填写基金的支持，以及一些关于期刊的问答
（如：反剽窃申明，是否修订版，是否一稿多投，是否人类或动物实验的申明等）

2.7 Step 7: Review & Submit

最后检查上述6个步骤的填写完整性，以及最后提高稿件，提交后页面显示如下：
