安装Anaconda遇到的问题

安装Anaconda：

安装基本没有问题，安装成功后发现Anaconda Navigator打不开。

1. conda CondaHTTPError: HTTP 404 NOT FOUND for url：

Anaconda Prompt显示：

CondaHTTPError: HTTP 404 NOT FOUND for url <http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/msys2/free/noarch/repodata.json>
Elapsed: 00:00.088945

The remote server could not find the noarch directory for the
requested channel with url: http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/msys2/free

As of conda 4.3, a valid channel must contain a `noarch/repodata.json` and
associated `noarch/repodata.json.bz2` file, even if `noarch/repodata.json` is
empty. please request that the channel administrator create
`noarch/repodata.json` and associated `noarch/repodata.json.bz2` files.
$ mkdir noarch
$ echo '{}' > noarch/repodata.json
$ bzip2 -k noarch/repodata.json

You will need to adjust your conda configuration to proceed.
Use `conda config --show channels` to view your configuration's current state.

解决方案：

conda config --show-sources #查看当前使用源

conda config --remove-key channels #换回默认源

失败的方法：

添加中科大源

conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/conda-forge/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/msys2/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/bioconda/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/menpo/

conda config --set show_channel_urls yes
  

找到了原因：
2019-4-29 update: 由于anaconda授权问题，清华源即将关闭
笔者是在5-25进行安装，所以是清华源挂掉了的原因
换回默认源：
conda config --remove-key channels #换回默认源

2. 如何彻底卸载Anaconda

1. solution A

通常卸载软件，直接运行uninstall就可以了，对于anaconda也一样，可以直接运行安装目录下的 Uninstall-Anaconda3.exe 即可，但是这样卸载并没有完全卸载。如果需要完全卸载请参考 Solution B

2. Solution B

通过B方式卸载，请确保还没有通过A方式进行卸载。

1.安装 Anaconda-Clean package
打开 Anaconda Prompt， 输入如下命令：

conda install anaconda-clean

2.输入如下命令卸载

anaconda-clean --yes
