nvm安装问题记录

1.找到nvm文件夹下的setting.txt，添加两行代码
node_mirror: http://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/node/
npm_mirror: https://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/npm/
然后保存，删除掉nvm文件夹下 ，重新安装的nodejs版本，打开cmd，输入nvm install xx

提示：Downloading npm version 6.9.0… Download failed. Rolling Back.
Rollback failed. remove C:\dev\nvm\temp\npm-v6.9.0.zip: The process cannot acces
s the file because it is being used by another process.
Could not download npm for node v12.2.0.
