SharePoint2010人员搜索配置心得

首先发下牢骚，他哥的，这个东东花了我两天时间，一直try，终于今天搞定了，这是本人到此第一周上班要解决的问题。

人员搜索，以前的都是它自己搞定了，没太关注，现在碰到了，记录下配置心得，希望XDJM看到本文后，少走些弯路。

一、错误描述：

1、All Site类别的数据可以搜索到，People人员搜索就是没结果。

2、在People Picker中可以找到用户。

3、查看爬网Log出现如下错误：　　

　　Log1. Error in PortalCrawl Web Service.

　　Log2. Access is denied. Verify that either the Default Content Access Account has access to this repository, or add a crawl rule to crawl this repository. If the repository being crawled is a SharePoint repository, verify that the account you are using has "Full Read" permissions on the SharePoint Web Application being crawled.  

二、错误原因：

1、找不到爬网的个人网站的网站集。

2、数据库的人员搜索服务应用程序的搜索帐号无权限。

三、解决方案：

确保User Profile Service 、Search Service 、Managed Metadata Service 这些服务已经启动。

添加搜索服务内容源：sps3://HostName:Port。

1、创建个人网站集。

在你的个人网站的应用程序下创建Enterprise下的My Site Host的网站模板的网站集。

也就是这个人员搜索服务内容源一定要是个人网站所在的Application。

2、添加搜索人员帐号。

按照这个步骤添加人员搜索帐号及权限：

管理中心——Application Management——Manage Service Applications——选中User Profile Service Application——点击Ribbon上的Administrators——添加内容访问帐号——赋予内容访问帐号权限"Retrieve People Data for Search Crawlers”。

如下图，注意这个帐号不必给Full Control，否则连版本历史记录也搜到了。

按照上面的解决途径，终于OK了，希望你的也可以这样搞定。
