pip安装包时出现 ValueError: check_hostname requires server_hostname 错误

pip安装yapf包时出现 ValueError: check_hostname requires server_hostname 错误，网上查了一些办法，如：
pip install urllib3== 1.25.8，执行这个依旧报以上错误。
最后排查发现是因为开了代理服务器，关闭即可：
