Latex compile error: File “picins.sty“ not Found

【报错原因】：CTeX包含picins.sty文件而TeXLive没有，需要手动安装。
【解决办法】：1）点击下载官方picins.zip ；2）解压文件放置到目录/path/to/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/picins；3）执行texhash 更新tex使用的 ls-R 数据库。
