The Chinese agriculture output now is ranked number one in the world and mainly produces rice,wheat,and beans. Although agricultural land area accounts for only 10% of the world's total, it's output provides 20% of the people with food supplies. China started planting rice from 7.7 thousands years ago. Long before the use of machinery and fertilizers, hard-working and creative Chinese peasants had adopt various/different kinds of methods to improve/increase the output. In recent years, the policy to the development of agriculture is to promote organic one,which can serve for different sake,including food security, public health and the sustainable development.
