我必须撑船出行了。悠闲的时光都消磨在岸边——唉，可怜的我！

春天催开了花朵便匆匆离去。如今我怀着花朵白白凋零的沉痛等待徘徊。

潮水渐渐喧哗，沿岸的林荫路上黄叶飘落。

你凝视着的是什么虚空！你没有感到一丝震颤带着遥远的歌声飘过对岸越空传来吗？

I must launch out my boat. The languid hours pass by on the shore--Alas for me!

我必须撑船出行了。悠闲的时光都消磨在岸边——可怜的我呀！

The spring has done its flowering and taken leave. And now with the burden of faded futile flowers I wait and linger.

春天催开了花朵便匆匆离去。如今我怀着花朵白白凋零的沉痛等待徘徊。

The waves have become clamorous, and upon the bank in the shady lane the yellow leaves flutter and fall.

潮水渐渐喧哗，沿岸的林荫路上黄叶飘落。

What emptiness do you gaze upon! Do you not feel a thrill passing through the air with the notes of the far-away song floating from the other shore?

And now with the burden of faded futile flowers I wait and linger.这句诗中，冰心及其他译者在翻译中大多省略了burden和futile这两个词，实际上这个两个词又是很重要的，诗人的负疚自责之情，主要体现在这两个词中。
