译，在课堂上学的知识都是静态，在施工现场能够灵活自如运用，才是我们施工人员追求的目标，我见过一个建筑钢筋工，在钢管脚手架上，将钢筋调头时，没向后看，打到一个架子工，把人家安全帽都打掉，针对这情况，我上去做示范给他看，他看后，又学做一遍，所以，课堂知识转化为现场应用，需要务本求实，不怕吃苦精神。
