屡屡受挫的Sheldon决定为保肉身安全，以一台屏幕显示器作为自己和世界交流的桥梁，下面还用衣架挂了套衣服，代表自己出行，而自己却留在床上运筹帷幄。他连客厅都不去，但是他的代表显示器还要坐他的专属座位。他要求Leonard带这个显示器上班，并一路与Leonard聊天，到了大学里还热情地与各路人同事打招呼，只是到了办公室门口开不了门，还好虽然Leonard不给他开，Raj给他开了。
到Penny工作的餐厅，Penny不理他，他就站高了喊经理，结果意外地发现苹果电脑创始人Wozniak也在这餐厅吃饭，他施施然过去通过屏幕与对方交谈，谈及自己拥有1977年的苹果电脑，对方欣然表示可以给他签名，激动得不顾一切的他立即抱着电脑从家里跑出来——又在楼梯上摔倒了！
