pod lib create xxx【Specs satisfying the dependency were found】

今天在自制Pod库时，使用命令创建本地工程组件报错了

pod lib create LJCategory

同时.xcodeproj文件也无法打开

解决方法

将Example中的Podfile文件中的platform:ios改为9.0，然后cd到Example目录中，执行命令pod install，就可以打开了

主要是因为pod-template有更新，从9月30号，将最低支持版本改为了9.0。如下图：
