使用RestTemplate调用第三方接口

1.RestTemplate调用第三方接口

需求：根据第三方接口提供的url、参数为String类型的data，请求方式POST，contentType为x-www-form-urlencoded,用restTemplate调用接口返回数据。

2.RestTemplate配置类
