汽车发动机电机右盖设计

摘要

随着我国微型电子技术和社会经济的发展,目前行业内为满足客户需求出现了大量的电器设备,而大多数的电气设备的重要组成中都有电机,并且电机端盖成为电机研发人员重点关注和研究的对象,逐渐成为电机的重要组成部分,行业内对其设计要求相当规范。之前的对电机端盖的加工以单冲模具冲压为主,精度极其低,而且需要的人力比较大来实现,冲压出来的件质量较差,慢慢的被市场所淘汰,不能满足社会需求。因此,为了进一步提高电机端盖的生产效率和品质,需要靠我们对其加工工艺进行完善和智能化。

本次设计主要对电机端盖进行研究,以材料成型技术为依据,运用所学的理论知识,设计一整套工艺开发模具,满足目前电机设计要求。首先,根据理论和冲压经验,分析了电机端盖的技术分析,详细的工艺设计流程。对各个工序的模具进行设计优化,使得电机端盖生产高效快捷。并且根据目前的冲压机器,结合三种排样方法,选取了三排方式进行排样,材料利用率提高很多,完成工艺流程以及模具设计。这样,电机端盖生产性价比高、精度高、能耗较低、称方便快捷等特点,给生产带来了很大的影响,在市场上很受欢迎。

Abstract

As the tiny electronic technology and the development of social economy in our country, in the industry to meet the needs of customers now a lot of electrical equipment, and most of the important component in the electrical equipment has a motor, and the motor end cover become researchers focus on and research object, has gradually become an important part of the motor, the industry quite specifications with the design requirements.Before the processing of the motor cover to a single punch die stamping, the accuracy is very low, and the need for a large number of manpower to achieve the stamping out of the quality of the parts is poor, slowly by the market eliminated, can not meet the social demand.Therefore, in order to further improve the production efficiency and quality of the motor cover, we need to improve its processing technology and intelligence.

This design mainly carries on the research to the motor end cover, takes the material molding technology as the basis, USES the learned theoretical knowledge, designs a whole set of process development mold, satisfies the current motor design requirements.Firstly, according to the theory and stamping experience, the technical analysis of the motor end cover is analyzed, and the detailed process design process.To optimize the design of each process of the mold, so that the motor cover production efficient and fast.And according to the current stamping machine, combined with three kinds of layout methods, selected three row way to layout, material utilization rate is improved a lot, complete the process and mold design.In this way, the production of motor end cover is characterized by high cost performance, high precision, low energy consumption and convenience, which has brought a great impact on the production and is very popular in the market.
