1. Acceptance and modification of the termsof service

This Agreement describes the rights andobligations between the Privacy Album and the Professional Edition regardingsoftware licensing and use of the Services and related aspects. “Professional Member”or “You” means an individual or a single entity that enjoys the ProfessionalEdition membership service provided by the Privacy Album. This ServiceAgreement constitutes a prerequisite for you (whether an individual or acompany) to use the Professional Edition membership services provided by thePrivacy Album, and you are not authorized to use the Services of this Agreementunless you accept the terms of this Agreement. Your use will be deemed to beagreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The privacy photo album has the right tomodify the terms of service at any time. Once the terms of service have beenchanged and modified, the privacy photo album will prompt the modified contenton the relevant page; if the professional version member does not agree to themodification of this agreement, the service that has been acquired can becancelled and stopped. Second, the service description

You may have certain commercial risks whenyou pay by this payment method, including but not limited to criminals usingyour account or bank. The Privacy Album is not responsible forany damages caused by third party actions or omissions, including but notlimited to payment services and network access services, and infringement byany third party.

5. Rights and restrictions of professionalmembers

The professional version of the memberservice is limited to the application account itself; the professional versionof the member service period can not be transferred between the privacy albumaccounts, prohibition of gift, borrow, function, transfer or sale. 6. Changes to the agreement

7. Interruption and termination of services

The failure of the Privacy Album toexercise or delay the exercise of its rights under this Agreement does notconstitute a waiver of such rights, and the sole or partial exercise of any ofits rights under this Agreement does not exclude the exercise of any otherrights. The Privacy Album has the right to ask you to continue to perform yourobligations and assume the corresponding breach of contract.
