e 摘 要:统计过程控制是利用统计技术来控制生产过程。本文对MATLAB实现SPC X-R 图作了介

绍。并基于MATLAB对控制图中各种失控情况的判定方面进行了探讨。针对统计过程中的

‘周期性’的判定问题,提出了利用快速傅里叶变换,根据功率谱密度来判断的方法。

关键词:统计过程控制;X-R图;快速傅里叶变换;周期性;功率谱密度

40 Abstract:Statistical Process Control is a method to control production procedures by statistical

techniques. This paper gives a brief introduction on how to use MATLAB to practice SPC X-R chart,

and carry out research studies on how to determine various cases out of control. In order to determine

periodicity in production process, it introduces a mathematical solution which is to determine periodicity

by FFT and PSD.
