git访问GitHub资源问题提示443 || 命令行下配置代理访问

实际上是因为ts原因，所在dq无法访问github

需要挂上代理即可，在git bash下配置

git
$ git config --global http.proxy “localhost:1080”


##命令行##
set http_proxy=http://localhost:1080

再次访问即可。
