一、项目简介
随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。本文介绍了新生报道管理系统的开发全过程。通过分析高校新生入学报到信息管理的不足，创建了一个计算机管理高校新生入学报到信息的方案。文章介绍了新生报道管理系统的系统分析部分，包括可行性分析等，系统设计部分主要介绍了系统功能设计和数据库设计。
本新生报道管理系统有管理员，学生，负责人三个角色，管理员具有最高权限，可以管理负责人，用户，宿舍，缴费等信息，负责人主要操作新生报到关于宿舍和缴费等信息，学生如果要登录系统，必须报到后才可以进行操作。因而具有一定的实用性。本站是一个B/S模式系统，采用JSP技术和SSM框架，MySQL数据库设计开发，充分保证系统的稳定性。系统具有界面清晰、操作简单，功能齐全的特点，使得高校新生入学报到信息管理工作系统化、规范化。
本系统的使用使管理人员从繁重的工作中解脱出来，实现无纸化办公，能够有效的提高高校新生入学报到信息管理效率。

登录模块的实现
本次开发的新生报道管理系统在登录界面上需要用户输入用户名密码，并且需要选择对应的权限，只有三个都正确了才能访问新生报道管理系统。
管理员模块的实现
负责人管理
管理员可以对负责人信息进行添加，修改或者是删除处理。
公告管理
管理员能够管理公告信息
学生管理
管理员可以对学生信息进行管理

负责人可以对宿舍信息进行管理，可以在相关宿舍里面添加学生。
人员与宿舍关系列表管理
负责人可以查看，删除，查询学生人员信息与宿舍信息直接的关系。
缴费列表管理
负责人可以添加，查询，删除，修改学生的缴费列表信息
学生模块实现

学生可以登录后，在宿舍信息管理里面查看自己的宿舍信息。
