How to manage time to achieve your goal?

Every day ,lots of business comes to us,daily work,communication between departments,professional training. You also focus on your hobbies,sketching,speeches and improve your logistics. Volunteers of the museum,travelling to wonderful places..If you are married,congratulations to you,you may have a baby and deal with two families's business.If you look on the ground in search of a sixpence , you don't look up , and so miss the moon

However you have no enough time? You will become anxious due to too many things and time is not enough . You are afraid of falling behind and abandoned by the times.

Time management becomes more and more important.Today some skills will be in my speech,please pay attention.

There are four steps to help you.

1.You can list your long-term and short-term goals and activities within 15~30 mins.

2.These can be basic business,such as sweeping the floor and reading ten pages.

3. You should consider them with more time why you do it.

4.Record the time you spend on every activity and write down all the plan of time.

5.Decompose the big target into smaller tasks and complete one then delete one.

Do a summary after each month, summing up your good experience.

For example I strive to finish one speech.I should choose one topic and make research of the topic.Write down the frame and the sketch.When you start making rehearsal of your speech,you will modify the manuscript again and again until you have been well prepared.

Why can't you finish your target?

The most common one is Procrastination.How to overcome your bad habit?

1、You should be aware of your behavior. If you find that you are coping with the easy tasks and waiting for right time to finish your goals.Yes,you are delaying.

2、You should make sure why you are delaying.Maybe you are avoid boring tasks or waiting for your skills and resources to be better.You will overcome your procrastination by knowing about it.

3、And you can also take some new strategies,including some rewards to you  after you finish it or invite some relatives about your schedule to ask her to supervise you.The positive feedback can make you become more active.

Until today ,I have adhered to some important things.For example,I kept reading for more than 60 days. I kept updated log every day.I kept speeches for more than 4 weeks.And I kept exercise for more than 3 years.

My goal is to be a active and healthy girl.Wish you can realize your goals as soon as possible.
