一、项目简介
互联网发展至今，无论是其理论还是技术都已经成熟，而且它广泛参与在社会中的方方面面。它让信息都可以通过网络传播，搭配信息管理工具可以很好地为人们提供服务。针对奖助学金信息管理混乱，出错率高，信息安全性差，劳动强度大，费时费力等问题，采用奖助学金管理系统可以有效管理，使信息管理能够更加科学和规范。
奖助学金管理系统在Eclipse环境中，使用Java语言进行编码，使用Mysql创建数据表保存本系统产生的数据。系统可以提供信息显示和相应服务，其管理员管理辅导员，班级，学生成绩，奖金信息，审核学生申请的奖金信息。辅导员管理班级，登记学生成绩，审核学生的奖金申请信息。学生申请奖金，查看申请奖金的审核信息，查看班级以及个人成绩。
总之，奖助学金管理系统集中管理信息，有着保密性强，效率高，存储空间大，成本低等诸多优点。它可以降低信息管理成本，实现信息管理计算机化。

在前面分析的管理员功能的基础上，进行接下来的设计工作，最终展示设计的管理员结构图（见下图）。管理员管理辅导员，班级，学生成绩，奖金信息，审核学生申请的奖金信息。

辅导员管理
管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理辅导员信息。其页面见下图。管理员可以增删改查辅导员信息。辅导员信息包括职称，电话，头像，姓名等信息。
奖金信息管理
管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理奖金信息。其页面见下图。管理员增删改查奖金信息，奖金信息包括奖金金额，奖金类型，奖金名称等信息。
教务审核管理
管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理教务审核信息。其页面见下图。学生申请奖金，教师需要审核，管理员需要查看教师审核情况信息，并且也需要审核学生申请的奖金。
学生管理
管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理学生信息。其页面见下图。学生的资料是通过注册功能提交的信息，管理员负责修改，删除或者是查询学生信息。
辅导员功能实现
班级信息管理
辅导员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理班级信息。其页面见下图。辅导员登记班级学生的成绩信息，可以修改，查询，删除当前页面显示的班级信息。
成绩信息管理
辅导员进入指定功能操作区之后管理成绩信息。其页面见下图。辅导员可以查看学生成绩，可以修改学生的成绩信息，可以提供学生学号查询学生成绩。
奖金申请管理
辅导员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理奖金申请信息。其页面见下图。辅导员下载学生申请奖金的文件，可以在当前页面审核奖金申请信息。

学生进入指定功能操作区之后可以查看成绩信息，其页面见下图。学生主要是查看考试科目的成绩分数信息。
奖金信息管理
学生进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理奖金信息。其页面见下图。学生查看奖金的介绍信息，学生可以根据个人实际情况申请适合自己的奖金。
教务审核查看
学生进入指定功能操作区之后可以查看教务审核信息。其页面见下图。学生查看申请的奖金是否通过辅导员与管理员的双重审核。
