注册苹果开发者，登入后只会看到一个网页，显示下面的内容：

而且没法跳转其他链接。

附上我的解决过程：

这个网页下面有输入名字，邮箱，信息的输入框
输入之后，提交。
第二天 苹果开发者支持人员 会通过邮箱联系。
把情况说明，会得到苹果开发者支持人员的帮助。

我收到的邮件：

历时3天，可能是时区问题，苹果支持是按天回复邮件的。
收到最终邮件后，登录，可以进行其他操作了。
