这里我们只看见了2级缓存,可以没有三级缓存?我理解文件缓存要在线程池里作为一个策略,在策略里先去看有没有文件缓存,因为读取文件(磁盘缓存)是一个很耗时的操作

先看下 loadFromActiveResources 方法 从当前活跃的资源拿,这是一个Hashmap
