我翻译的《道德经》第三十二章（3）

原文:

始制有名，名亦既有，夫亦将知止，知止可以不殆。

译文:

治理天下就要建立一种管理体制，制定各种制度确定各种名分，任命各级官长办事。名分既然有了，就要有所制约，适可而止，知道制约、适可而止，就没有什么危险了。

我的翻译:

A leader with Dao should  establish a established system and give each person

a status.

When each person has his own status,he will  restrict himself and not overdo anything.

When each person restricts himself and doesn't overdoes anything, there is no

any danger.
