1、正文前加上
\usepackage{url}

2、bib文件中加入
@Misc{cite变量名,
howpublished = {\url{网页地址}},
note = {Accessed进入网页的具体日期},
title = {网页名称},
author = {作者}
 
}

3、正文中具体使用为
\cite{cite变量名}
