网上很多人说安装这个npm install --global --production windows-build-tools,可能有的电脑会解决问题，可以先试一下，但是我的电脑还不行，最后我进入了这个网站

然后发现了这句话

稍微明悟，应该是我的版本没设置对，因为我确实python和vs都安装了，而我的vs版本是2019

所以我npm config set msvs_version 2019然后npm install socket.io,安装成功。
