2.结算
如果直接购买产品或服务从App
Store
，您授权我们向您收取相应费用，包括任何续展费，通过指定的付款方式。您理解并承认您将来可能会调整您的产品和服务的价格，并且您将按调整后的价格收取费用。如果您从我们的产品购买订阅，您的订阅将自动在每个订阅结束，除非您取消订阅更新。如果您取消订阅，您的订阅将在当前预订期结束时结束。您承认，向我们支付的任何款项都不会退款。我们可以自行决定向您提供信用卡或退款，但支付此类信用卡或退款并不意味着我们将有义务提供信用卡或退款款。
3.接受服务条款的能力

at each subscription unless you unsubscribe from the update. If you
cancel your subscription, your subscription will end at the end of the
current booking period. You acknowledge that any payments made to us
will not be refunded. We may, at our sole discretion, provide you with a
credit card or refund, but payment of such credit card or refund does
not mean that we will be obligated to provide a credit card or refund.
Ability to accept the terms of service

have determined that you are 13 years of age or independent of your
guardian and have obtained legal permission from your parent or guardian
and are fully capable of signing and complying with the terms,
obligations, representations and warranties.
Transfer
You
may not assign or grant all rights and licenses in accordance with the
Terms of Service and its terms, but we may transfer them freely without
