I have worked out for about ten days, and start to restrict my diet. I have no target for losing weight, but I have downloaded apps and obtained some information about losing weight and diet control. I think if I do something in right method, I must get a little result, even though I don’t work very strictly.

As a middle-aged man, I want to keep myself being a youngster. Not only spirit,  but also body.
