今天开始读稻盛和夫的《干法》这本书，这又是一本刷新概念的书。作者提出，人工作的目的是为了提升自己的心智。工作可以提升自己的能力，这是大家都知道的，但是作者却提出，工作可以修炼我们的心智，是磨炼人格的修行。工作是人生最尊贵最重要最有价值的行为，并且极度认真的工作能够扭转人生。作者用了他自己刚毕业进入一家濒临破产企业的一个例子，说明了即使是在一个濒临破产的企业，只要你极度认真的工作，你就有可能扭转企业的命运。
如果不能选择自己喜爱的工作，那么就爱上自己的工作。只要一心一意埋头工作，自然而然就能获得力量，有了力量就一定能做出成果。热爱工作将给你带来成果，带来感动和灵感。要让自己成为自燃型的人，在热爱工作的同时还要想方设法让自己处在漩涡中心。主动带领他人一起工作。这样你在工作上才能有更大的成就，才能修炼出更加完美的人格。
我的感悟是爱自己的工作，把它做到极致，当你把一件事情做到极致了，做到别人的目光无法移开，这样你就成功了。另外，作者的这句话我也很认同，为社会做好事，为他人着想并落实在行动中，你的命运一定会向好的方向转变。是的，永远怀着利他之心，一切困境都会被扭转。
Today I read the book WORK METHOD by a well-known Japanese entrepreneur KAZUO INAMORI, which is another book that has refreshed my perspectives. It is said in this book that work is not for money, but for personality cultivation. This is quite different from what we think that the purpose of work is money or improving our abilities. It's proposed by the author that working is the most significant and valuable action in our lives, and our lives can be turned over if we dedicate ourselves to work. An exmple of himself was given in the book that he joined a winding down company after graduation from college, but he stayed there and saved the dying company from liquidation through hardwork.
If you can't choose the job you love, then love your job. Dedication will bring the power you need to succeed. Your passion for work will lead you to accomplishments, move and creativity. Ignite yourself in work and be the person in the center of the vortex , which means be proactive to lead a group of people to work hard together, then there's possibility that you will make more achievements and your personality will be cultivated better.
I totally agree with the author on his point of view on work, we need to love what we do, and strive for excellence and perfection in the job, when you are able to do that, many people will be attracted to you, then you will become a brand. At last, I would like to end this article with one sentence in the book, do the right things and do good to everyone, you life will definitely be better off, more meaningful and fulfulling. Always try to help the others, all the bad things you encountered will leave you soon.
