The power of habit

Habit is a repetitive, often unconscious law of behavior, which is acquired through repeated repetition of certain actions.

The magical 21 days can form a habit, in the conscious and subconscious mind, the subconscious mind never sleeps, it is always silent waiting for the conscious sentinel to drift away.

Habits don't actually affect our personal lives alone, and many psychologists agree that changing habits is the key.
