mindful adj.

释义:remembering a particular rule or fact and thinking about it when you are making decisions about what to do

mindful 偏正式,可以在写作中使用,替换“with X in mind”和“realizing X”。

With the poor road conditions in mind, Eric reduced his speed to 20 mph.

Eric was mindful of the poor road conditions and reduced his speed to 20 mph.

Eric was mindful that the road conditions were poor and reduced his speed to 20 mph.

Mindful of the poor road conditions, Eric reduced his speed to 20 mph.

Some European politicians are increasingly mindful that young voters are turning away from traditional parties.

I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you've bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors.

humbled by, grateful for, mindful of
