1.从属连词引导的主语从句
1)由that引导
引导词that在主语从句中没有任何含义，不作句子成分，不可以省略。

他在很短的时间内写完作文让我们都很惊讶。
2)由whether/if引导
whether/if意为“是否”，在句中不作成分，不可以省略。

2.连接代词和连接副词引导的主语从句连接代词what,whatever,who,whoever,whom,whose,which,whichever等在句中作一定成分，起名词的作用。连接副词when,where,why,how,whenever,wherever,however等在主语从句中作状语。连接代词和连接副词在句中都有含义。
