ORA-01727: numeric precision sp pecifier is out of range (1 to 38；

数据库建表时遇到得问题，原因是：字段类型为number，但是你却在后面给定大小时超过了范围
例如：number（64）。所以在保存表的时候就会出现这样的错误。
